What to expect
A member of the family greets you and leads a walk through the vines before descending into the cool barrel room for a guided tasting of estate reserves. Lunch follows on a shaded terrace, a leisurely multi-course meal built around the wines you've just tasted, using produce from the estate's own gardens. Conversation with your hosts about the land and its history is as much a part of the visit as the food and wine.

Good to know
Estate is 45 minutes from the pier by private transfer, arranged on request. Allow 4 hours total; book at least a week ahead as tastings are limited to a few private groups per day.
