What to expect
You'll be collected quayside before dawn and sail out as the sky turns pink over the cliffs. The skipper cuts the engine near sea caves accessible only by water, where you can swim if you like. Champagne and a light breakfast are served on deck as the town wakes up behind you. The pace is unhurried, with no fixed itinerary beyond catching the best light.
