What to expect
After a briefing and dry-suit fitting at the Tromsø waterfront base, you paddle out into the Balsfjord or Ramfjord system as your guide reads the water for wildlife signs. White-tailed eagles patrol the cliff lines; curious seals surface alongside your hull. The guide pauses in a sheltered bay for hot Arctic berry juice and smoked reindeer — a wild picnic with mountain reflections all around. In winter departures, the Northern Lights occasionally ignite the sky above the paddle route, creating one of the most surreal experiences in luxury travel.

Tromsø is a dockside port. Tours run year-round; summer offers midnight-sun paddles, winter offers Northern Lights potential. Full dry-suit and paddling equipment included — no experience required.
