ARC Transatlantic Rally: Sail the Atlantic as Crew

Join the legendary Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) as a guest crew member aboard a blue-water yacht — the world's greatest downwind ocean passage, from Las Palmas to St. Lucia. A true bucket-list crossing under trade winds and a sky blazing with stars.

What to expect

Rubicon 3 skippers the yacht as your expert lead, so no prior offshore experience is required — just enthusiasm. The crossing takes approximately 14–18 days, covering 2,700 nautical miles of open ocean. Each watch rotation brings breathtaking sunrises, flying fish, and the deep satisfaction of real seamanship. Arrival in St. Lucia's Rodney Bay amid the ARC fleet is a genuinely emotional, champagne-soaked moment.

Good to know

The ARC departs Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in late November. Book 6–12 months in advance; berths sell out fast. Fly into Las Palmas (LPA); return flights from Hewanorra (UVF), St. Lucia. Check the Rubicon 3 site for exact season dates and included provisions.
