Ang Thong Marine Park: Private Longtail Island Odyssey

Glide through 42 emerald islands of the Ang Thong National Marine Park on a private longtail boat, kayaking sea caves and lagoons that inspired 'The Beach.' This is Thailand's most cinematic seascape, utterly unspoiled.

What to expect

Depart from the pier at dawn to reach the park before day-trippers arrive. Your captain navigates a labyrinth of limestone karsts, pausing at the infamous inner saltwater lagoon (Talay Nai) and sea caves only accessible by kayak. Snorkel over coral gardens in glass-clear water, then enjoy a beachside Thai lunch packed by the operator. Return in the late afternoon with golden light painting the karsts amber.

Good to know

Park departs from Na Thon Pier, Koh Samui. Pre-book the private charter at least 2 weeks in advance; national park entry fee (THB 300/person) is paid on arrival. All-aboard times must be confirmed with the pier — allow 30 min return transfer. Bring reef-safe sunscreen only.
