Walk through a lush Andalusian garden where 300 Nile crocodiles bask alongside flamingos and exotic birds, then step into the Medina Polizzi — a hand-built artisan village that is itself a living work of art. Two of Morocco's most unexpected treasures, side by side.
What to expect
Your guide opens with the Crocoparc, a surprisingly lush botanical garden where Nile crocodiles lounge on sun-warmed banks and a suspension bridge crosses directly above them — hearts will race. Flamingos, tortoises, and parrots fill the surrounding gardens. The Medina Polizzi next door was built entirely by Moroccan craftsmen using traditional techniques; its painted riads, mosaic fountains, and arched souks feel like a film set, except everything is real and for sale. A mint-tea tasting closes the loop before your return to port.
Good to know
Both sites are in northern Agadir, approx. 20 min from the port by private car. Allow 3–4 hrs for a relaxed visit of both. Crocoparc feeding times (usually mid-morning) are the most spectacular — ask your guide to time the visit accordingly. Book the private guide 48 hrs ahead.
