Montréal Gourmet Market & Chef-Led Culinary Walk

Join a celebrated local chef for a private sensory journey through Marché Jean-Talon — Montréal's legendary public market — tasting Québec cheeses, ice ciders, smoked meats, and artisan pastries, followed by a hands-on cooking session.

What to expect

Beginning at the wrought-iron gates of Jean-Talon, your chef-guide introduces you to award-winning fromageries, heritage butchers, and micro-producers of Québec's beloved ice cider. You'll taste your way through the market stalls before retiring to a nearby cooking atelier for a 45-minute hands-on session preparing a classic poutine or tourtière. The experience closes with a glass of local wine paired with your creation — a deeply personal taste of Montréal.
