Descend into one of the Caribbean's most biodiverse marine reserves — the San Andrés Seaflower Biosphere Reserve — on a guided small-group scuba dive. Drift through coral archways, encounter nurse sharks, eagle rays, and hawksbill turtles on walls that plunge to 30 m.
What to expect
Kitting up at the waterfront shop, you'll receive a thorough site briefing before boarding the dedicated dive boat. The first tank takes you to a signature coral wall, vivid with sea fans and black coral, while the second may explore a shallow wreck or a labyrinthine reef garden. Dive masters point out cryptic critters — flamingo tongues, arrow crabs, moray eels — that most snorkelers would swim straight past. Post-dive, rinse off and review your GoPro footage over a cold Colombian beer at the dock.
Good to know
PADI Open Water certification required for wall dives; a Discover Scuba intro dive is available for beginners at a similar price. Reserve your spot 24–48 hours ahead — morning slots (departing ~8 am) are best for visibility and beat the afternoon chop. Allow 3–3.5 hours total; confirm your ship's all-aboard time before booking.
