Ascend Seattle's iconic Space Needle to its revolving glass-floor observation deck, then slip next door for a private walkthrough of Chihuly Garden and Glass — a jaw-dropping collision of molten sculpture and Pacific Northwest light.
What to expect
Ride the high-speed elevator 520 feet to the Loupe — the world's first revolving glass floor — where Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains spread beneath your feet. Descend into the adjacent Chihuly Garden and Glass for a self-guided wander through eight galleries of Dale Chihuly's most ambitious blown-glass installations. The Garden under the Space Needle's shadow at golden hour is one of the most photographed moments in the Pacific Northwest.
Good to know
The Space Needle and Chihuly are a 5-min walk from Seattle Center; take a cab or the monorail from downtown. Book timed-entry tickets online in advance — walk-ups face long queues. Allow 2–3 hours for both. Ships at Pier 91 are a 10-min Uber away.
