Private Skiff Safari: Flooded Forest Kayak & Wildlife Immersion

Glide silently through the Amazon's flooded igapó forest by kayak and private skiff, searching for pink river dolphins, sloths, and caimans in their true habitat. A once-in-a-lifetime encounter with the world's greatest biodiversity.

What to expect

Your expert naturalist navigator poles you through cathedral-like corridors of submerged trees draped in bromeliads and orchids. The silence is total — broken only by macaw calls and the splash of a river dolphin surfacing beside your kayak. At dusk, your guide scans the shallows with a torch for the glowing red eyes of black caimans. You return to the dock as the jungle settles into its extraordinary nocturnal symphony.
