Gulf Coast Shipwreck Scuba Dive: Artificial Reef Expedition

Descend into the Gulf's legendary artificial reef system, where sunken ships and oil-rig bases have become thriving coral cities teeming with marine life. This is one of the world's premier wreck-diving environments, and a true bucket-list experience for divers of any level.

What to expect

You depart on a purpose-built dive vessel with all rental equipment available onboard — BCD, regulator, wetsuit, and tanks are inspection-ready. The dive master briefs the group on the wreck's history and marine highlights before you descend to a world of swaying sea fans, jewel-like reef fish, and the eerie beauty of rusted superstructure draped in coral. A second dive on a nearby structure follows, with surface intervals spent watching flying fish skim the Gulf chop. All divers receive a detailed marine-life sighting log as a keepsake.
