Clifftop Fine-Dining Experience: Panoramic Tasting Menu

Perched on a volcanic clifftop above the Caribbean with the Atlantis Crest coastline spread below, this intimate chef's-table lunch delivers a six-course tasting menu built entirely around the island's indigenous produce and artisan fishing tradition.

What to expect

Arrival by private transfer reveals a dramatic stone terrace cantilevered over the Atlantic, where the head chef greets each guest and walks them through the market-to-table philosophy behind that day's menu. The six courses might open with lightly cured local amberjack with sea herbs, progress through a smoked shellfish bisque, and culminate in a signature caramelised pineapple soufflé. Each dish is accompanied by a sommelier's note on the paired bottle — mostly small-production Atlantic island wines difficult to source anywhere else. The pace is deliberately leisurely: expect 2.5 hours at the table with no sense of being turned. The vista alone — turquoise water, basalt sea stacks, the occasional sailing boat — earns its place on any bucket list.
