Step inside living Greenlandic culture with a private local guide who shares the traditions, tools, and stories of the Inuit people who have called this Arctic coast home for millennia. Intimate, respectful, and profoundly moving.
What to expect
Your guide, a Greenlandic local with deep knowledge of Inuit heritage, leads you through the settlement and introduces traditional hunting and navigation tools, kayak-building techniques, and the role of the Arctic environment in shaping daily life. You'll hear oral histories passed down through generations, and if timing allows, witness or participate in traditional craft-making. The session closes with a tasting of traditional provisions and a quiet moment at a culturally significant coastal site.
