Walk through one of the Pacific's most haunting World Heritage Sites — Kingston's convict ruins, eerie cemetery, and Government House precincts guided by a local historian. A deeply moving, bucket-list immersion into 200 years of layered colonial history.
What to expect
Your guide leads you through the remarkably preserved limestone buildings, barracks, and the deeply atmospheric Kingston cemetery, where headstones tell stories of Pitcairn descendants and transported convicts alike. The pace is unhurried — every ruin, every inscription is given its due weight. You'll also visit the Bounty Folk Museum and see Fletcher Christian's legacy told through artefacts and the famous Mutiny Cyclorama. Tours finish by 10:30 am, leaving ample time to explore independently before all-aboard.
