Go behind the scenes at the Caribbean's most celebrated craft rum distillery for a private guided tour of the production process, followed by a curated barrel-aged tasting hosted by the master distiller. A connoisseur's deep dive into island spirit culture.
What to expect
Your host — a member of the small distillery team, often the master distiller himself — explains how locally sourced molasses is fermented and distilled in copper pot stills before the barrels descend beneath the waves. You taste the spectrum from unaged white rum through to deep, sea-aged reserve expressions, with the distiller articulating each flavour note. The facility is compact and personal, so questions are genuinely welcomed. The tour ends with a rum cocktail in the tasting lounge and the opportunity to purchase exclusive distillery-only bottlings unavailable elsewhere.
