A short drive into St. Kitts' lush interior brings you to this 350-year-old estate surrounded by coconut palms and grazing animals. The estate manager leads your group through the sugar mill, rum distillery, and organic gardens before settling you at a long table set for the legendary Creole buffet. Dishes like jerk pork, fried plantain, stewed saltfish, and coconut bread are accompanied by estate-grown fruit juices and a curated flight of aged rums. The warmth and authenticity here is irreplaceable.
