Slip beneath the surface of the Coral Triangle's epicentre — Raja Ampat hosts the world's highest measured marine biodiversity. A private chartered speedboat takes you to secret bommies and drift reefs teeming with mantas, wobbegongs, and thousands of reef fish.
What to expect
Your expert marine guide loads a sleek private speedboat with high-quality masks, fins, and wetsuits before whisking you across glittering turquoise channels to two or three of the area's finest snorkel sites. Expect dense coral gardens blanketed in soft corals, shoals of thousands of fish parting around you, and the unmistakable silhouette of a reef manta circling below. Between sites, cold towels, tropical fruit, and chilled water are served on deck as you glide past limestone karst islands draped in jungle. Return transfers are timed to your schedule.
Good to know
Book at least 2–3 days in advance; private charters fill quickly. Non-swimmers can join as observers — the boat anchors in calm, protected bays. A Raja Ampat marine park entry fee of IDR 1,000,000 (approx. USD 65) per foreign visitor is required if not already paid; confirm with operator. Check all-aboard time and build in a 90-minute buffer.
