Pilot your own snowmobile through Norrbotten's snow-blanketed pine forest and out across a glassy frozen lake — a high-adrenaline Arctic adventure guided privately through one of Sweden's most pristine winter landscapes.
What to expect
After a crisp safety briefing and a few practice laps you're on the trail, the snowmobile's engine thrumming as you carve through walls of snow-laden spruce. The guide leads you to a viewpoint on a wide frozen lake where, in the silence, you cut the engine and hear absolutely nothing — a rare, eerie, wonderful Arctic quiet. A warming stop with hot drinks is built into the route before the return leg. The 2-hour format is perfectly sized for a port day.
