Snorkelling the Seven Brothers Islands: Red Sea Gems

Board a private dhow to the pristine Seven Brothers (Sept Frères) archipelago in the Gulf of Aden, one of the Red Sea's most biodiverse and least-visited reef systems. Drift over untouched coral gardens teeming with hammerhead sharks, eagle rays, and technicolour reef fish.

What to expect

A purpose-rigged dive/snorkel boat departs Djibouti Harbour in the early morning, crossing to the archipelago in roughly 2 hours. Your marine guide briefs you on reef etiquette and sites, then leads back-to-back snorkels across shallow coral gardens and a dramatic drop-off. A fresh seafood lunch is served on board between dives. Spinner dolphins frequently escort the boat on the return crossing.
