Grand Case Gourmet Food Walk: The Culinary Capital of the Caribbean

Stroll the pastel-painted main street of French Saint-Martin's Grand Case village, tasting your way through Michelin-pedigreed Creole kitchens, artisan rum bars, and the legendary lolos beachside grill stalls.

What to expect

Begin with a freshly baked pain au chocolat and single-origin Caribbean coffee at a French bakery, then move to a lolo for grilled langouste (spiny lobster) straight off the coal fire. A rum agricole tasting at a local bar reveals the difference between French-island rhum and its Caribbean cousins. End with a scoop of homemade coconut sorbet overlooking Anse de Grand Case. This is the finest food village in the entire Caribbean — treat it as such.
