Your host chef welcomes you into Graycliff's private kitchen, where you'll hand-roll conch fritters, prepare cracked lobster, and craft a coconut rum cake from scratch. The lesson flows seamlessly into a beautifully set three-course luncheon in the garden courtyard. A Junkanoo percussionist performs tableside, explaining the festival's rich history. The estate's world-famous wine cellar — housing over 250,000 bottles — rounds out the luxury experience.
