Tasmanian East Coast Food & Wine: Private Cellar & Farm Trail

A private, chauffeured half-day journey along Tasmania's celebrated East Coast food and wine trail — visiting a boutique vineyard, an artisan cheese producer and a local providore, all within the Freycinet and Bicheno region. Farm-to-table luxury in the most scenic setting imaginable.

What to expect

A private vehicle and guide collect you dockside and head first to a boutique East Coast vineyard — perhaps Devil's Corner or Gala Estate — for a guided cellar door tasting of Pinot Noir and Riesling with the winemaker. A farm visit to a local cheesemaker follows, with tastings of washed-rind and blue varieties paired with Tasmanian honey and sourdough. Lunch is hosted at a handpicked producer restaurant overlooking the bay, featuring freshly shucked oysters, crayfish and slow-cooked lamb. The return drive takes in sweeping coastal views of Great Oyster Bay.
