What to expect
A short scenic transfer takes you into the emerald heart of the island's protected rainforest reserve, where your certified guides kit you out in top-of-the-range harnesses and helmets. Eight lines — the longest stretching over 400 metres — send you streaking above the forest canopy with jaw-dropping views of the coastline below. After the final line, a trail winds down to a hidden waterfall where a natural pool awaits for an ice-cool plunge surrounded by tree ferns and birdsong. Your guides share fascinating knowledge of the island's flora and fauna throughout, making this as educational as it is exhilarating.
