Deià Coastal Hike & Cliff-Jump Snorkel with a Local Expert

Hike the dramatic Tramuntana coastal path from the artist village of Deià to the legendary Cala Deià cove, then snorkel crystal-clear water amid dramatic limestone cliffs. One of the Mediterranean's most coveted hidden beaches — accessible only on foot.

What to expect

Starting in Deià's cobblestone village — a longtime haven for artists and writers — you descend a scenic 40-minute trail through terraced olive groves and wild rosemary to Cala Deià's impossibly turquoise water. Your expert guide points out endemic flora, Moorish irrigation channels, and falcon nesting sites along the way. At the cove, you snorkel among posidonia meadows thick with sea bream and octopus. The return hike golden-hour light over the mountains is simply unforgettable.
