What to expect
Your marine biologist briefs the group on reef etiquette and underwater camera technique before you enter the water at a protected site known for sea turtle sightings and abundant coral. In the water, your guide points out cryptic species — spotted moray eels tucked in crevices, juvenile lionfish, cleaning-station shrimp — and assists with camera framing and settings. After the snorkel, the group gathers on the boat for a photo review and species identification session over cold drinks. The excursion runs 3.5 hours.
