Private Chef's Market Tour & Plantation Table Lunch

Join a celebrated local chef for an intimate tour of the island's vibrant morning market, hand-selecting exotic spices, reef fish, and tropical produce before sitting down to a bespoke multi-course lunch at a restored colonial plantation. This is farm-to-table with soul.

What to expect

Your chef-guide meets you at the pier and leads you through the labyrinthine market, explaining each vendor's story, the local economy, and the culinary traditions behind every ingredient. At the hilltop plantation, open-air cooking stations overlook tropical gardens. A 4-course menu unfolds — ceviche, slow-braised local fish, rum-glazed plantain dessert — all paired with aged estate rums. A signed recipe card and spice kit are yours to take home.
