Bermuda Snorkel & Shipwreck Dive: South Shore Reef Expedition

Explore Bermuda's legendary shipwreck-strewn reefs on a guided snorkel or introductory scuba excursion. The island sits atop the world's northernmost coral reef — teeming with sea turtles, angelfish, and centuries-old wrecks just beneath the surface.

What to expect

Your PADI instructor gives a thorough but relaxed briefing at the Dockyard marina before boarding a comfortable dive boat headed for the South Shore reefs. You'll snorkel or dive over the remains of historic wrecks — iron cannon, encrusted anchors, and hull timbers blanketed in brain coral — before drifting over pristine reef gardens alive with parrotfish, sergeant majors, and if you're lucky, a gliding hawksbill turtle. The warm, gin-clear Bermudian waters are exceptionally forgiving for first-timers and thrilling for experienced divers alike.
