Snorkel Pelican Rock & Lover's Beach by Private Panga

Skip the crowded water-taxi queues and charter a private panga to Pelican Rock — Cabo's premier snorkel site — and the pristine sands of Lover's Beach, accessible only by sea. Crystalline water teems with tropical fish, rays, and sea turtles right beneath the famous El Arco.

What to expect

Your captain launches from the marina and whisks you around the Pacific-facing headland to Pelican Rock, where visibility routinely exceeds 15 metres. Slip into the water beside rainbow wrasse, parrotfish, and the occasional sea lion. After snorkelling, beach on the pristine Pacific side of Lover's Beach — a strip of sand only reachable by boat. Cold agua fresca and fresh fruit are provided throughout, and your captain photographs the entire adventure.

Good to know

Book directly with Cabo Expeditions at least one week ahead, especially in high season (Dec–Apr). The marina is a short taxi ride from the tender pier. Bring reef-safe sunscreen, a dry bag, and a towel; the operator provides all water equipment. Allow 3.5 hours total including transit.
