What to expect
Your certified sea-kayak guide briefs you at a sheltered cove just minutes from the port before you launch onto calm inshore waters. You paddle along towering basalt cliffs streaked with mineral colour before ducking into a cathedral-like sea cave reverberating with surge and birdsong. Seals often surface alongside your kayak on the open-water sections. A mid-paddle break on a private shingle beach includes a flask of locally foraged herbal tea.

No kayaking experience required — all paddling technique taught in a 20-min pre-launch session. Full dry-suits, buoyancy aids and neoprene gloves provided. Total duration approx. 3.5 hours. Tidal-dependent — exact cave routes confirmed morning of departure. Return to port with ample time before all-aboard.
