Arctic Kayak Expedition: Icebergs & Mirror-Calm Bays

Paddle your sea kayak silently between towering blue icebergs in a sheltered Arctic bay, close enough to hear them creak and calve. An ethereal, paddle-powered encounter with polar grandeur.

What to expect

After a thorough safety briefing and dry-suit fitting on the beach, you launch into crystalline Arctic waters. Your guide leads you on a serpentine route between cathedral-blue icebergs, pausing to point out ice sculptures and explain how each berg calved from the glacier above. The silence is profound — broken only by dripping meltwater and the occasional thunder of calving ice. Hot cloudberry tea and smoked reindeer sausage are served on a gravel beach mid-tour.
