Currimao Lighthouse & Pangil Sunset Sundowner

Climb the historic Currimao Lighthouse — one of the oldest in the Philippines — for a 360° panorama over the Ilocos coastline, then settle into a private sundowner at the Pangil shoreline as the South China Sea turns gold.

What to expect

The Spanish-era Currimao Lighthouse rises above the Ilocos coastline, its whitewashed tower a beacon of colonial history. Climb to the lantern room for sweeping views of the South China Sea, the coastal barangays, and the hazy Cordillera mountains inland. As the sun descends, your private transfer whisks you to Pangil Beach where local refreshments await beside the dramatic coral formations. The sky transforms through shades of amber and rose — a photographer's dream and a traveller's memory for life.

Good to know

Confirm access to the lighthouse interior with the local tourism office before your port day, as it can be restricted. Best timed for afternoon port calls — plan to arrive at the lighthouse 90 minutes before sunset, then move to Pangil for the finale. The lighthouse is within 10 minutes of the port. Bring a camera with a wide lens for the coastal panoramas.
