Ride out to a working Pampas estancia for a full-day immersion in gaucho culture: watch expert horsemen perform, try a polo lesson, and feast on a traditional wood-fired asado with unlimited Malbec beneath an open sky.
What to expect
A private transfer (approx. 90 minutes) delivers you through the flat, endless horizon of the Pampas to La Mimosa's white-painted colonial ranch house. Gauchos in traditional bombachas and berets demonstrate horsemanship with staggering precision, and guests are warmly invited to ride alongside. A polo introduction on gentle horses is led by an estancia instructor. The centrepiece is the asado: whole ribs, chorizo, morcilla and sweetbreads char-grilled over quebracho embers, served with chimichurri, salads and flowing Malbec at long communal tables. The afternoon slows to the rhythm of the Pampas — folk music, mate, and the longest horizon you've ever seen.
