Wander the ancient Roman-grid street of Spaccanapoli with a local guide, then hand-stretch dough and bake your own pizza in a wood-fired oven.
What to expect
Your host weaves through the narrow, shrine-lined Spaccanapoli, pointing out centuries-old churches and tiny artisan workshops. You'll sample sfogliatella and espresso at a historic café before arriving at a pizzeria where the pizzaiolo teaches you to stretch dough by hand. You slide your own creation into a wood-fired oven and eat it fresh at a communal table.
