What to expect
You board a restored wooden sailing yacht and cruise quietly into the reserve, where the marine biologist briefs you on the reef ecosystem before you slip into the water. Snorkeling stops are chosen daily based on visibility and marine activity, including turtle sightings in season. Between swims, a spread of fresh local fruit and chilled drinks is served on deck. The return sail is unhurried, timed to the afternoon light.
