Tour a family-run estate's vineyards and centuries-old cellar with the winemaker, tasting reserve vintages not sold commercially.
What to expect
A driver collects you and brings you up through terraced vines to the estate house, where a family member greets you personally. You'll walk the rows discussing terroir and harvest timing before descending into a stone cellar for a guided vertical tasting. A light lunch of estate-cured meats, cheese, and bread is served on a terrace overlooking the vines. The visit closes with the option to purchase library vintages unavailable elsewhere.
Good to know
Reserve at least a week ahead; the estate is roughly 40 minutes from the pier by private car, so allow 4 hours round trip including transfer time.
