Step inside Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece and climb one of its soaring towers for sweeping views over Barcelona before the crowds arrive.
What to expect
You'll enter through a dedicated timed-entry line, bypassing the general queue. An audio guide or optional guide narrates Gaudí's symbolism as you move through the nave's forest of columns. The tower elevator takes you up for panoramic views of the spires and the city beyond, then you descend via a narrow spiral staircase. Allow roughly two hours for the full visit.
Good to know
Book the tower slot weeks in advance as they sell out; arrive 15 minutes before your timed entry. The basilica is a short taxi or metro ride from the port — plan to be back at least 90 minutes before all-aboard.
