It's clean, well-maintained, and easy to reach via KLCC mall and the MRT. The atmosphere is calm and family-oriented; it gets crowded on weekends and school holidays with lots of local groups and kids. The highlight is the underwater tunnel and the larger predator tanks, though some displays feel a bit dated compared to newer Southeast Asian aquariums.

Any season works since it's indoors and air-conditioned, but avoid rainy afternoons when mall visitors pile in.
