Expect a compact, noticeably smaller Disney park than those in Tokyo, Orlando or Paris. The castle is cute but modest, lines move reasonably outside peak holidays, and the whole place can be covered in one full day without feeling rushed. It's genuinely pleasant for families with younger kids or anyone who just wants a relaxed Disney day with some good theming in Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. The shows and parades are shorter than at bigger parks, but the cast members are friendly and the atmosphere is chill rather than overwhelming.
Best time is November to early March when it's cooler and drier. Avoid Chinese New Year, Easter, and July-August unless you enjoy sweating in queues. Expect to pay around US$90–140 for a standard one-day ticket depending on season and whether you buy in advance. Food and transport from central Hong Kong will add another $60–100 per person. A two-day ticket only makes sense if you're really into it or have small children who tire quickly.
Pick the afternoon parade and any decently-rated stage show; both are short and worth the time. Skip most table-service restaurants inside the park and just grab snacks or eat at the nearby mall before or after. If you're short on time, focus on the classic dark rides and the Iron Man experience rather than trying to do every single attraction.
