A standard guided tour usually lasts about 90 minutes and gives you a decent overview, but it's more of a brisk primer than a deep dive. The experience is solid but not life-changing – think interesting historical context in a genuine 15th-century fortress rather than jaw-dropping wow factor.

Best time to visit is spring or fall. Summers get hot and crowded, especially around midday.
