Brouwerij 't IJ offers brewery tours under a historic windmill where visitors learn about the brewing process and the brewery's history. Tours occur Friday through Sunday at scheduled times (3:00 PM in English, 4:00 PM in Dutch) and last approximately 20 minutes, covering the roles of water, malt, hops, and yeast in beer production.
