The Metropolitan Cathedral-Basilica of the Incarnation is a Roman Catholic cathedral built atop Granada's main mosque after the 1492 reconquest, featuring a unique circular principal chapel and five naves that blend Renaissance and Baroque architectural styles. Visitors can view elaborate interior features including Corinthian columns, stained glass windows, effigies of the Catholic Monarchs, and artworks by El Greco and Alonso Cano, with a 56-meter viewing terrace scheduled to open in mid-2026.
