The Vistula Cycling Route is a 230-kilometer cycle path stretching from Oświęcim through Kraków to Szczucin, with 210 kilometers completed on safe bike paths built along the Vistula River's flood embankments. Cyclists experience riverside landscapes, natural surroundings, and connections to regional attractions including the Carp Valley and historic sites like castles and museums. The route, established in 2017 as part of the Velo Małopolska project, is among Poland's top bicycle routes and can be combined with weekend cycling adventures exploring western Malopolska's diverse cultural and natural heritage.
