The Galveston County Museum, located in the Galveston County Courthouse, exhibits artifacts and stories of the past with free admission on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Visitors can view exhibits including the Galveston South Jetty Lighthouse Fresnel Lens on display in the lobby, and participate in the U.S. Lighthouse Society's Passport Program.
