Pok Pok was a defunct chain of Thai restaurants founded by chef Andy Ricker, specializing in northern Thai street food and cuisine from Chiang Mai. The original Portland location became a legendary institution, earning The Oregonian's 2007 Restaurant of the Year and numerous accolades before permanently closing in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
