St. Stephen's Basilica is a Roman Catholic basilica in Budapest named after Hungary's first king, whose mummified right hand is housed in a reliquary within the church. Built in neoclassical and neo-Renaissance style between 1851 and 1905, it stands 96 metres tall—equal in height to the Hungarian Parliament Building—and contains elaborate interior mosaics, statuary, and artwork depicting religious scenes and Hungarian saints.
