Takayama Inari Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the goddess Inari Ōkami, located on a hill in northern Japan's Aomori Prefecture. Visitors walk through a striking corridor of approximately 200 scarlet-red torii gates (called Senbon-Torii) and encounter fox statues, the divine messengers of Inari, while learning about this smaller counterpart to the famous Fushimi Inari shrine in Kyoto.
