What to expect
You board a traditional caïque from Skopelos Town harbour at first light and cruise the west coast at your own pace. The skipper anchors in secluded bays for swimming and snorkeling, then finds a family-run cove taverna for a fresh fish lunch. Afternoon light brings you back past the cliffs of Agios Ioannis for photos from the water.
Good to know
Book at least a week ahead in July/August; departs from the old port. Bring reef shoes for pebble beaches; return timed comfortably before evening all-aboard.
