The local ferry from Sali takes about 15 minutes to Zaglav, a village of maybe a hundred residents. At the konoba, the family serves whatever came in that morning — usually grilled fish, slow-roasted lamb under the peka bell, and their own bottled red. It's unhurried, plain, and exactly how the island actually eats.
