Masseria Farm-to-Table Cooking Experience in the Pugliese Countryside

Spend your port day inside a centuries-old Puglian masseria — a fortified farmhouse — learning to make orecchiette, burrata and focaccia barese from scratch, then sitting down to devour every bite beneath ancient olive trees.

What to expect

A private car collects you from the port and delivers you to a sun-drenched masseria surrounded by millennia-old olive trees. Adorned with an apron, you join the family in rolling, pressing and shaping the dishes that define Puglia's cucina povera. A long, convivial lunch follows on a shaded terrace — course after course, each wine-paired and unhurried. You return to the ship with a recipe booklet, a jar of estate olive oil, and a very full heart.
