What to expect
Your charter departs early from Tomari Port, reaching the Kerama Shoto in under an hour. Anchor at Nishibama Beach or the outer reef at Zamami for snorkelling in visibility exceeding 30–40 metres. Hawksbill turtles are virtually guaranteed year-round. On deck between dives, cold Orion beer and a bento lunch from a local shokudo are de rigueur.

Tomari Port is a 10-minute taxi from Naha Cruise Terminal. Book the charter well in advance — summer months fill fast. Confirm your ship's all-aboard time carefully; the ferry schedule is fixed but a private charter offers full flexibility. Best April–October for calm seas.
